I used Adzooma for three years, and while it initially showed promise, the experience steadily declined over time. The most glaring issue was the lack of responsive support. Anytime I reached out, there was either no reply or a long-winded excuse that didn't solve the problem.

The functionality was another major disappointment. They attempted a reskin of the platform, but the new UI was a disaster. It felt clunky, unintuitive, and somehow managed to make things worse. Even Google's Ads recommendations (which most ad managers know aren’t great) were better than what Adzooma provided — and that’s saying a lot.

What really pushed me over the edge, though, were the “opportunities” they provided. Most of them weren’t even actionable, leaving me questioning the entire purpose of the platform. When you combine the poor online support, failed design upgrades, and subpar performance, it became clear it was time to move on.

Adzooma really needs to listen more to its users and invest in making their platform functional. Until then, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I discovered Adzooma through a deal on AppSumo, signed up for it, bookmarked it, then forgot about it.

They reached out to me and asked if they could demo it for me. I kind of knew what it was about, but since I own a small web design and digital marketing company and am really trying to ramp up the latter, I was interested in learning more about a tool that could help me be more efficient.

I set up a time to go through the platform and was really impressed with it. My account manager, Ateiqa, was very friendly and informative. She showed me how useful and powerful the platform can be. I had a few questions about features and any of them they didn't already have covered she assured me are in the works.

I highly recommend Adzooma to anyone running ads, especially if they have multiple clients. The reports and automation tools alone are worth it, never mind the AI-driven opportunity suggestions.

This is an incredible tool. It's easy to set up, has tons of awesome features and makes the whole process of Google Ad optimisation so easy your granny could do it. The machine learning engine makes some very smart suggestions about your ads, and you can even make changes to your Google Ad account with a single click. Best of all, though, is the support. It's second to none.

I've actually been using Adzooma for a bit over a week now and it by far is everything I could of expected! I love the automation features and of course the opportunities feature that solves me so much time on making campaign edits for my clients. Sam Thompson is my Account Manager and I have used Adzooma for a few months. I can safely say this is the most value for money tool for Agencies and the features are robust, but the price is much cheaper than WordStream, which I have used. Sam is an excellent Account Manager, and the team at Adzooma have a winning product. It covers major platforms with more platforms to come and is a true one stop shop. Can't be happier as an Agency and looking forward to rolling this out to my staff!

Was struggling with Google Ads for a while and was recommended Adzooma by a mate (Richard Heasman), everything just seemed to make sense after that. It's super easy to navigate and understand. We're just in the process of evaluating Adzooma currently but can already see that it has the potential to become one of our most useful agency tools.
