From the moment we met with Kerrie Edwards to discuss selling our property it was apparent that Archer & Co were a professional and proactive company. Kerrie's advice and the way she comes across is extremely knowledgeable but very personable. We had every confidence in her. Archer & Co are slightly more expensive than other local agents but the quality of their advertising material, photographs and videos is exceptional and in our case we had an offer on our property within a week after 2 viewings. We had an excellent rapport with Jen who conducted the viewings on our property and Gary who accompanied us to view the property we are buying. They too are very approachable and patient, answering any questions I put to them. Being a pessimist they helped me overcome my fears that we wouldn't get a sale on our property or an agreement on the property we wanted to buy. We are currently going through the admin stage of a sale and have been kept 'in the loop' by email and phone calls from Gill Vaughan and others in the admin team. Would I recommend Archer & Co? I already have to friends and they are currently going through the sales process of their property. I highly recommend them.

We had a really good experience with Archer. They offer a premium service and work really hard to get your sale through. We felt in safe hands from the start. In particular Emma ('the queen of concrete!' Not a name I'm sure she wants, but one she has regardless because she knows her stuff about construction;) and Lisa (just lovely every time we speak to her!) have been amazing, reassuring and on our side all the way through. No doubt who I will be using in the future!

I recently found myself in the upsetting position of selling my late mother's property. Kerrie visited to carry out the valuation and was extremely sympathetic and kind during this distressing time. I had no hesitation in instructing Kerrie with the sale.
Once the property was on the market numerous viewings were arranged by Lisa and Emma in the sales team, and several offers of full asking price received in a short space of time. The eventual sale was dealt with by Gill in the progression department who was professional and knowledgeable, and kept me updated with regard to the buyer and their chain right up until completion.
I would like to thank the team for their compassion and kindness during the sale, in particular Lisa and Emma, from the initial valuation through to completion.

The whole team at Archer and Co were fabulous from start to finish whilst buying our first home they were one of the only estate agents in Chepstow that we could get weekend viewings with. Emma specifically was amazing and always a pleasure to speak with. The moving in box we received when collecting our keys really made the experience special. When putting my property on the market I had valuations from several local estate agents.
I chose Archer & Co. Kerrie Edwards came to value my property and immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and friendliness. She understood this move was a huge undertaking for me and was sympathetic towards this. I had total confidence when instructing Archer & Co to handle the sale.
The viewings team was also friendly. When viewings were booked, the phone calls were followed up with texts and emails and reminders were sent out on the day of the viewings.
Caroline Facey from the Sales Progression Team was outstanding throughout the process. I had some Conveyancing issues and she went above and beyond to help me. I must also mention Gill Vaughan who stepped in on my behalf regarding the above.
