I worked with this agency at the end of February 2024, to build traffic and sales which was my ultimate goal . Cant knock the guys at the Assured whom were great to work with , communication also good. However, the performance of the SEO campaign was unsatisfactory. Traffic was not growing, previous agency were able to meet and hit the search console traffic metrics month over month (attached Jan). I decided to work with this company as I thought they would do one step better, unfortunately this was not the case. Agency failed to grow traffic as per google search engine traffic metrics. Although, there were some sales these predominantly came from repeat customer prior to this agency.

There was some decent work done on the On-Page SEO and feedback was provided on a weekly basis
However, I feel that there was no real emphasis on the off page SEO process and at the start of the project this should really have been stressed to me especially as we're operating in a relatively competitive market. As a business owner , i'm relying on the marketing agency to advise us on the best course of action to ensure our website is generating enough traffic & Sale to justify the investment.

Because of this and other business decisions we have decided to work with another agency that better align with our objectives.

The Contract was terminated in June 2024.

By adapting the written content and carrying out other SEO work our website is now able to compete against other businesses in our industry and is responsible for a lot more sales than it was previously.
