Credit where it is due. I approached Lucy & her team when I was purchasing my Lettings and Estate agency, it was a franchise resale so I already had due diligence etc done. I only needed some reassurance and picked up the phone, we got straight to the point and they even advised there would actually be nothing they could do and therefore no point in taking fees.
