I had an interview here for a position and it went really well (I thought at least). I was told I’d hear back early the following week but nothing. Next week… nothing. Week after… nothing. I sent emails, called the company asking for feedback: still nothing. I was gutted because it sounded like a great place to work, I cut out lots of time to prepare for an interview during my graduation project which I was overwhelmed with. I guess this all meant I was unsuccessful, but as an employer it’s important to recognise that feedback is constructive especially for the applicants career. My suggestion is you now adapt and even just cut 2 minutes to write an email stating someone was unsuccessful- because it may not mean much to you, but it does mean a lot for us (especially starting our careers).
