I knew I had to have Be Our Guest decorate our venue and provide our seating plan, welcome sign and guest names for the table when I met Clare at a wedding fayre. All communication was exceptional, I visited the showroom on two occasions and the service was 10/10. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the team, I made some changes in the months before my wedding which was simple and easy. I genuinely felt like they had a vision of what I wanted before I did having been to our venue before many times. I found the quality of the products and the end result on the day excellent. Everybody commented on how elegant the venue looked. I would recommend Be Our Guest to anyone planning a wedding or event, their attention to detail is great and again, nothing was too much trouble. We were really happy with the acrylics bundle that we had from Be Our Guest for our wedding last week. We were really happy with what Be Our Guest produced for our wedding.
They were happy for us to stop by and see how things were going, or when I forgot what I'd ordered and they ran through everything again for me. Oops!
Guests were very complimentary of everything they did at the venue. Definitely recommend.

Be Our Guest done a fantastic job decorating our wedding, it was everything we dreamed of. The staff were friendly and really helpful at our consultation. The cost was fair and they even used some decorations in multiple locations moving them throughout the day so we got the most out of our decor. Would highly recommend A+++

I booked Be Our Guest for our wedding (June 2024). They were absolutely fantastic from day one of booking them. Excellent service from beginning to end. Made an appointment in the showroom where we were shown endless possibilities.
Accommodating to whatever style and design suited our venue.
Communication was fantastic and was kept updated throughout.
