Me and my partner have just purchased our first home with Beal, and we are both very impressed not only with the quality of the house and the upgrades inside, but with the exceptional service provided. We mainly spoke with Claire Dickinson, who went above and beyond for us and was able to put us in contact with a mortgage advisor and solicitors who all together was able to get us to completion day within 6 weeks from viewing the property! 🙂 There was no chasing up, everything was done promptly and professionally. We was touched to arrive in our new home that was professionally cleaned, with welcome gifts and flowers awaiting us. If we have ever needed anything, we know a quick email or call to Beal (mainly Claire) is all it takes. Very happy with our purchase, and couldn't have asked for things to have gone so smoothly.

Do not buy a Beal Home! After sales team is shocking and they also put a faulty boiler in my house and refused to replace it once I had it diagnosed. The customer care manager didn’t show an ounce of compassion after leaving my family without heat and hot water over the Christmas period.

My partner and I visited the Design Lounge for the first time today and were assisted by Amy and Kennedy who were extremely lovely, bubbly and knowledgeable young ladies who really helped us design our dream first home. The design lounge itself was a beautiful building with even more beautiful options inside for your first home. The ranges were aesthetic, unique and extensive. There was such a wide range of choices; texture, colour, pattern, all the way from tiles in the bathroom to door handles. The attention to detail was exceptional. The whole experience was very luxurious and exciting and we had the best time. The lunch was also a lovely welcoming touch.

We have recently purchased a house on the Greenways in Goole and would like to convey our gratitude to a number of people. Firstly Lindsey who deals with sales at the Greenways. She was extremely helpful and continues to be. We really appreciated her expertise on all aspects of our purchase. Then there was our experience at the Design Lounge in Hessle. We went a couple of times before our full day there and on each occasion were seen by Kennedy who couldn’t have been more helpful. On our Design day itself were looked after by Amy, Tess, and Kennedy (again) who all made the experience of choosing the design fixtures and fittings to our home for life both memorable and thrilling. My partner and I were invited to the design lounge today to create our interior for our first home together. I’ve never been so impressed with a service! All staff offered a warm welcome and were so helpful in assisting us with our choices. We were kept topped up with refreshments all day alongside a gorgeous complementary lunch whilst we were offered as much time as needed to make our decisions. We both want to say a huge thank you to all the lovely ladies at the design lounge!

The Design Team were extremely helpful with helping us build our dream home. The day went smoothly, and the team helped us along every step of the way. We were surprised at the amount of options we could choose from, including the extensive standard ranges. We are over the moon with the choices we have made and we know it would not have been possible without the help from the team!
