1 Nothing is too much for him - any little tiny change I wanted, he wrote on his list and got on with it. He just gets on and does everything quickly, and takes the initiative on new elements, like the shop and Patreon-only parts of the website which were completely new for Wild Ginger Running.

2 He introduced new design elements that I hadn’t even thought about, like different colour schemes for different topics, clickable buttons and different fonts for the titles and body copy. He even deconstructed my logo into a linear illustration that went across the webpage and it looks wonderful.

3 Ben is fantastic at communicating, very punctual with meetings and flexible about when they are. And he’s just such a lovely person to chat to - it didn’t feel like work at all - he was just as enthused about the content and quality of the Wild Ginger Running website as I was.

So overall I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben to create my dream website and I am very pleased that I chose him. He is a pleasure to work with, the site looks absolutely fantastic and works brilliantly.
