Deeply disappointing experience. I hired this company to build a professional website based on a detailed invoice that promised a 14-page custom site, with copywriting, location-specific pages, AI integrations,Yembo and more. What I received was none of that — only low-effort draft templates sent through WhatsApp, full of generic content, errors, and irrelevant sections.

I never received a completed or usable website. No hosting, no access credentials, no final product. When I requested the project be done using WordPress (a standard industry platform), I was told it would cost more, despite this never being clarified before the deposit.

Yembo is a JavaScript plugin that works with WordPress, not Wix. This required website to be built on a professional platform such as WordPress, not inexpensive templates like Wix,is what they attempt to delivery.
This is more evidence that they did not follow my specifications; instead, they cancelled my project, ignoring all of my customer rights.

After raising concerns, I was met with resistance and excuses. Then, when I finally expressed my frustration by leaving a public review, the first response I received was a legal threat — not an apology or an attempt to make things right.

Rather than fixing the situation, they tried to silence my experience with a formal warning, demanding I take my review down. That tells you everything you need to know.

In my opinion, this was an unprofessional, one-sided process that wasted my time and money. I strongly urge anyone considering working with this company to proceed with caution. I regret putting my trust in them.
