We used Blue Arrow recently, as we urgently needed temp. cover.
We hand't been able to give much notice- 2 days!!
Imogen worked particularly hard, and found us a suitable temp to fill in for us for the week.
Imogen also took the time to run through the contracts with my boss, putting their minds at ease, answered any queries they had fully and was swift in replying any time we emailed during the week in regards to our temp!
Wonderful phone manners, very polite and as a representative of the company, definitely gave us the best experience for using such an agency.

Well what can I say about Blue Arrow Ipswich .I have been using Blue Arrow in Ipswich for the best part of 10 years and I have had nothing but excellent service from Hayley and her team .Whenever I need a chef or GA in short notice they bend over backwards to accommodate my needs and most of all, they always communicate regularly with me, what staff they have available in case I have forgotten to book someone .
