The service provided by Karen and her staff at BLMS is excellent, highly professional and personable. In the 5 years in which BLMS managed our property they always responded swiftly to the needs of our tenants and ourselves, by communicating promptly to discuss problems and solutions and then following through to resolve any issues, for example:- organising the replacement of appliances or repairs of roof and paintwork, or co-ordinating viewings with real-estate agents and the latest tenant.
Karen is very knowledgeable about the ever-changing rental rules and regulations and we had great confidence in her ability to answer our questions or point us in the direction of whatever authority may be able to give us further insight, if needed. The rental collection and deposit was always on time and it was extremely easy to organise payments to contractors, such as roofers and gardeners.
We completely felt that we, our tenants and our rental property were in very capable hands with BLMS and we would still be looking forward to Karen greeting us, with her welcoming smile, if we hadn’t sold our property!

BLMS have managed our property for us for the last 11years. They have done everything from finding and vetting tenants, ensuring all the legal requirements of us as landlords are adhered to and monitoring the property, arranging for maintenance to be done as and when necessary. Whilst doing all this Karen is always available, professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Blms are the best letting agents I have used by a long shot. All the ther properties that I was shown are all very well maintained. They are always fast to respond to any issues and Karen has been amazing to deal with. Hopeing to find a flat with them again next year as I knew I can trust them.
