What can’t Bower Birdy do! With new innovative ideas, it makes the entire experience much more manageable, especially with an excellent customer support team.
This has given me the highest engagement of interest at an event while having fun. If that isn’t enough, they have the bespoke equipment to get around to help gain more interest on your brand. With the latest technology, they are able to enhance the customer experience to ensure you target audience is fully engaged. So on the day(s) I can focus my time on spending it talking to clients while my brand is in the safe hands of the team.
This isn’t my first time using Bower Birdy and certainly will not be my last. Great job, keep it up.

Bowerbirdy successfully tendered for and won 2 contracts with my local authority, which commenced in 2018, both are now in year 2 of delivery. These were to deliver our free Easter and summer school holiday programme / play offer for 5 to 15 year olds. and to deliver a large public, family sports event involving participation and demonstrations of sports, well-being and promoting physical activity.

Bowerbirdy for year 1 fulfilled the agreed contract within the contracted price as set out within our original specification budget. Bowerbirdy are always looking to offer and deliver more and to help drive attendance figures especially for the harder to reach age groups. Bowerbirdy are happy to adjust and evolve the programme to provide the best possible provision. Part of Bowerbirdy being awarded the contracts was the extra’s over and above what we specified and specifically for the Wat’s on programme was additional deliverables they have provided including the best promotional, marketing and ICT marketing including a website and graphic designer, school visits and flyers, offering free give always to attendees including a free branded T-shirt, sticker books to fill in for each session they attend and a diverse and talented staff base. For me this alongside a quality product and great look and feel offered excelled value.
The quality can be seen from their marketing and website as well as the sessions and activities themselves. I have not had any issues or cause for concern with the quality and deliverables of the contracts. It is a noticeably high quality product on offer to the public especially for a free offer to the users.
All aspects of the contract they hold are fulfilled and they work closely with me to achieve all aspects of the specification.
It has been remarked internally from the Deputy mayor and senior managers that the product delivered by Bowerbirdy is very well liked and of high quality and the feedback from parents and users is also very good. Some comments received over summer 2018 were such as:

Bowerbirdy lead by the professionalism of the managing director, proven to deliver quality and experience through the production of marketing , the website they produced and maintain, the content and variety of the programme and the staff supplied to deliver the activities and events.
Bowerbirdy are always open to evolving and building on successes as well as taking on learning to improve the sessions and I do enjoy discussions and ideas brought to the table. The MD is good at explaining his thoughts and suggestions and trying new or different things. We have good communication. The staff are key here, as all the best planning could be wasted if the staff delivering the sessions were not as enthusiastic, committed and enjoying it as much. They are the real value and credit of this company and have helped make the sessions a talked about and eagerly anticipated activity for the community.
