I met Sara through another project I was involved in and was immediately impressed by her attitude towards her work. She is extremely competent and really takes the time to get to know the project she is working on.

I just wanted to write to you and thank you for such a wonderful couple of workshops. You are so passionate about what you do and how you pass knowledge on. Your passion gets passed onto others because you believe in what you are doing and everybody is quickly seeing the difference your advice makes to sales and profits. I have taken both models from both workshops (menu engineering model & footfall formula workshop) and these have made a huge difference to what I am doing in my job. As previously discussed when I saw you it won me a group account against a large competitor because it showed I was interested in their business not just trying to get a quick sale. Anybody looking to get ahead in their business whether it be a coffee shop, restaurant or pub should definitely entertain you. Mind blowing results from such a well delivered but simply put workshop. Hands down the best workshop/training course I have ever been on.
