Paid up front for a website and 3 months SEO. Was advised by Steve that I should try and get access to my previous domain which I couldn't. I asked him many times to design the website on a new domain but he has constantly refused. It's been over a year now and I'm £1500 worse off with no website at all. We enlisted the help of Steve and his team to create a new website for our MadAboutPix.co.uk brand that would link to an existing design interface for customers to create their own photographic products. This required the adaptation of a typical e-commerce interface and structure into a hybrid system to suit our requirements. In this day and age with multiple devices and platforms that sites can be viewed on (mobile / tablet / desktop etc.) it is a challenge to ensure usability is consistent across the board. Where we identified potential usability issues on mobile devices, Steve and his team were equal to the challenge and resolved them very promptly. I would recommend anyone who asks me about designing and getting a website live to come see Brandshout. I cannot fault or say anything negative about this company. I had my website designed and published live in august 2014. 3 months later i was on page 1 of google search. This was due to the design and keywords they done for my website. This is only 1 Plus, i also was pleased with the communication between myself and Brandshout. Cause I'm not that the best on the web. The team gave me a lot of help and knowledge of what was needed of me to make my website stand out from the rest. Told them the in's and outs of the business and there done the rest in making me a perfect website. If we need any help with anything from emails/photos or changing stuff on the website.
