I'd had several independent recommendations for Bright Care and so decided to approach them at short notice to help look after my mother in palliative care at home. I couldn't have made a better choice. They were professional, detail-oriented, flexible and had excellent communication throughout. Their carers were always prompt, very personable, respectful, and showed great attention to my mother in her last weeks of life. You can tell when an organisation treats its staff well, and Bright Care is certainly one of those. I was also pleasantly surprised at how cost-effective the services were. In short, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to help care for your loved ones.

Bright Care staff are exceptional.
Our family are now provided with great support in order that Mum can be comfortable and cared for in her own home.

The initial meeting was great, we had a full explanation on staff selection, processes and costs. We were able to select exactly who we needed and when to help Mum.

The carers have been very attentive, getting to know mum properly to support her to the best of their ability.

The Birdie app is amazing. We do not currently live at home but have an update on how mum is doing each day, including her mood and tasks the carers have assisted with.

What an amazing Service Bright Care provide, Mum so looks forward to her weekly Visits with her Carers' Lorena or Janice. Both Carers are absolutely in the perfect Profession, they have such a gentile manner whilst chatting to Mum, and also an amazing sense of humour and make Mum laugh. Mum so enjoys having her nails painted, so they always bring a wee selection of colours and allow Mum to choose, which is so kind. They happily chat and assist ensuring Mum's managing to drink her cuppie tea. I met Lorena for the first time last week, it was so heart warming to see her massaging Mum's painful knee, such a comforting support. I can highly recommend the fantastic Service Brightcare provide, it's superb in every way. Thanks to all the Brightcare Team for their continued support and care to Mum, as well as to us, which is greatly appreciated. xxx

From the initial phone call to make enquiries about live in care, I was immediately impressed and hopeful that this was off to a good start. From there on, it only got better and better. I got in touch with Bright Care after being impressed with the manner one of their carers out for a walk in the park with her client. I now have lovely Bright Carer carers coming into assist with my disabled husband weekly.
I was with my husband in a hospital waiting area recently and again witnessed a very caring and attentive Bright Care carer with her wheelchair bound client. What came across clearly was that the client looked content and secure in the care of her Bright Care carer.

We have used BrightCare for live in carers for my parents. My father has Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia and struggles with his mobility and my step mother at 93 was finding it harder to manage. Right from the assessment visit the team was so professional, helpful and reassuring for this big change for my parents. My father benefited greatly from the carers interaction with him and was more alert and engaged. Sadly we have now had to move my father into a nursing home. Bright Care were recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they were. They have been so helpful right from my initial enquiry. Rachael took time to find out exactly what my Mum’s needs were, and as she didn’t have anyone available initially, kept in touch regularly and within a couple of months we were up and running. Mum sees her carer once a week for two hours. J arrives on time, works v hard to get everything Mum needs done, completed and most importantly of all in Mum’s view, sits down for a chat. Mum enjoys J’s visits so much that she will schedule her appointments around them. Bright Care really do care!
