I've used Rob Brown for a couple of years now and I cannot fault him or his service. We used to pay for our own leaflets to be printed and he distributed them, now he prints them as well and we are saving a fortune! We have live updates of where he is with his team so we know that they are doing what they say.

Avoid this company at all costs. I would not recommend this company and would give 0 stars if I could.

Prior to making payment for the printing and distributing of leaflets, there would be overwhelming contact from the company, multiple times a day, requesting you get booked in.

Following getting booked in and making payment, the leaflets were not printed or delivered in line with the agreed timescales. I paid extra for a solus distribution and the leaflets were issued as part of a group distribution.

I have tried to make contact with the company to request a refund - my calls and emails are ignored. The company eventually agreed to a partial refund, but unsurprisingly, they have never sent the money and my calls and emails are back to being ignored.

They also do not provide any tracking information for the leaflets, despite the fact they advertise this. Very unprofessional outlet - do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Browns delivered 20,000 leaflets for me in 5 days even though they offered to do it in 1 day. I wanted it to be done slowly as the previous company claimed to have done it in a day but non of my customers in the delivery area received it. He kept me updated on a regular basis which meant I was confident they were going through the doors. I have used other companies in the past which are more expensive and less reliable. Happy with the service and I am happy to recommend the browns gang.

Sadly the poor reviews on here mirror the type of service that we have received from Browns. After paying up front we have waited for over a month for leaflets to be distributed and despite promises from the owner himself by text and face to face nothing has happened. Not surprisingly, none of our calls are being returned now.

As a start up company we can ill afford to be scammed by the likes of Browns and we will now face the added cost and hassle of seeking recompense through the courts.

February 2018 - well, despite having a CCJ issued against the company we still haven't received a penny back from them. I'm of the opinion that Mr Brown finds that doing the right thing or telling the truth is something of a challenge, even in the most simple of tasks such as his responses on here.

We have used the services of Browns Distribution recently and we are delighted by the quality and accuracy provided. We are a carpet cleaning company and we wanted 15000 leaflets delivered in Lincolnshire. We were impressed by their excellent professionalism and responsiveness. We have been using similar services in the past(Not Naming Names) and this is the first company that sent us a GPS tracked map of the distributed areas after our order was completed. We find this awesome and we would like to recommend Browns to anyone that needs leaflet distribution.

I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!*

So I decided to improve marketing my business through leaflet distribution. I agreed to pay over £700 for Rob and his team to print 20,000 leaflets and distribute them.

I stated that I wanted a delivery of 4000 leaflets to be done every 6 weeks. The first set of proofs were wrong and I told Rob what needed changing (I only realised this wasnt changed much later on)

The first two drops were delayed and while Rob said he did more drops after this, I wasnt notified of anything via email/text and no GPS. There was no pattern to the leaflet drops and my stipulation of every 6 weeks certainly wasn't followed (and who knows what even happened with drops 3 onwards?)

I was also supposed to have a free solo delivery so we could assess the response and adjust accordingly but future drops were done randomly (if at all) without my input. I even told him to go down two streets which I own properties on and neither have had the leaflets in there. Who knows what was even delivered...

Eventually this got to the point of no return and I just wanted a refund. Rob offered a measly £100 and 4000 leaflets back...oh but I should mention that I must have reminded him about 20 times and he gave me false promises of paying me back the same number of times.

All in all a lousy service where commitments and promises were not met. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism and shocking customer service. I will advise all of my fellow property investors to NOT go with this company! I think a lot of the reviews reflect my experience and i wish I saw them before handing over so much money!

As you can tell by the amount of bad reviews and not a single positive review on google, this company should be avoided at all costs!

They entice you with offers on print and distribution but is pretty much left redundant if they don't actually get printed or distributed in the first place.

Have given Rob countless opportunities to set things right but seems to be very clear that this company has no intention of doing so. Rob agreed to refund the money and post the leaflets back to me but its been nearly 2 weeks and nothing has changed.

It's a shame it has resulted in me having to write this review but I hope that others like myself take everything that has been said into account and avoid being left out of pocket.

It has been over a month now since paying upfront and I have not had a single lead come through and keep hearing excuses from this company that it must be my leaflets. Well if 20,000 leaflets had gone out I would like to think I would get at least one call!

I feel robbed of my marketing costs and time chasing this company for a refund or the leaflets back!

Have given this company 2 projects. Project 1 no tracking provided. Did they deliver? Who knows. Complained and got offered a discount on a second batch by way of compensation for poor communication and tracking. Guess what? No tracking again, no enquirers for my business, Rob Brown doesn't answer his phone. I genuinely have no idea whether my leaflets got delivered, and if they did, where they went. My phone certainly isn't ringing. I won't use these people again and would suggest that YOU don't either.
