I think Burstimo are a new breed of PR companies...pretty rare to find a team that is pushing to not only be the best for their clients but self improve. I had the pleasure of working with Burstimo for a full year, while working with them i released 6 singles, grew from 5 to 24k on insta , 1- 120k on tik tok , sold out a hometown show (900 cap) and sold out my first london show (200 cap), i could not have done this without their help and guidance, a special shout out to Charles Draper who was my point of contact for the year, a true gent and a wizard at what he does! As an independent artist, Burstimo really gave me the boost I needed to get my music heard. The communication throughout my campaign was consistent and encouraging. They also helped me get more comfortable using social media as a tool to promote my music. I saw real results here & it was DEFINITELY worth it. Would highly recommend to any artist!

My experience with Burstimo had very high expectations due to their strong online presence. What I found really disappointing was not only the unimpressive number of streams I got and engagement for the ad I was advised to invest into, but also the recommended strategies that I was given which are the same they give away for free on their social media platforms with examples that in some ways weren’t tailored to me. I really believe I have wasted £4K. Their spirit and genuine work however is really good, but I wouldn’t recommend investing so much and get their free advices as there’s nothing more to it than that.

Burstimo does exactly what they say they're going to do for you.

I came in a bit skeptical after hearing from others about PR companies not delivering on their promises in general. From the early stages of us talking about potentially working together, Burstimo already felt different. Correspondence never felt generic. Feedback was always curated specifically to me and my music.

When it comes to marketing, this really felt like an education, and I learned a lot about the nuances of marketing to potential fans in the right way. It's expensive, but 100% worth it if you take it seriously and work with them as a team.

My advice to anyone considering working with Burstimo is to have a collection of micro-content ready to go a head of the campaign start date. This way their team can help form a social media release strategy for that content. We did this for the release of Midnight Avila's anime music video for "I Don't Want to Know."

Do yourself a favor and go with Burstimo. They're built different.
