Brilliant agency, dedicated and caring staff always on hand to help. Natalie and her team have made me feel very much a part of the BBU family right from the start. They are always professional while trying to adhere not only to their customers needs but my requirements as well.

Prior to coming across BBU I had been looking for part time work for over a year with little to no success as I have a 1 year old and was struggling with child care. Within my first week of registration I had a placement that was ideal for me and works around my childcare needs.

I have been using the services of BBU for many years now and have always found them the same despite who I deal with. Having said that, I have been dealing with Natalie for years so their staff retention is very good. It must be down to their training. They are very consistent in their approach and very thorough. Some agencies that I have dealt with have got CVs to me quicker but inevitably they aren't suitably vetted and rarely fulfil the brief. So although the response may at times be quick, it often turns out to be inadequate which makes the whole process frustrating and longer to get the result I want. I feel that BBU take time to screen candidates properly (as they promise from the outset) and whenever I receive a CV I notice the suitability. BBU listen and do everything they can to get the right candidate for me. Over the years there has been the odd time when they haven't managed to fill my vacancy but I would always go back to them as they stand out as an agency who delivers exactly what they promise. They take the time so as not to waste mine and I appreciate their integrity and values. They are also a great bunch and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them all the time.
