I did my CIM level 6 certification. The content of the course was outdated - in example in module about social media there was information about MySpace, no information about Tik Tok. Other than that I feel that the content of the course was created for another purpose and repurposed to match the CIM certifitaction - it was vaguely connected to the assignments.

To get feedback on your assignments you have to call the tutor on the phone (in an era of Zoom, Webex, Google Meet etc it seems very outdated, especially if you consider that some students are international).

I never in my life struggled academically (right now I am finishing an LSE course with average grade of 92%) but getting my CIM was a struggle - mostly because of the mediocre content of the course and confusing feedback from the tutor, who, in example once send me a set of notes regarding totally different assignment.

If you're looking for a CIM study center - look somewhere else.

I attended a 2 day digital workshop and I thought it was brilliant! Dawn was passionate and knowledgeable and kept us all engaged throughout the 2 days. We were given information, best practice, good examples and tools that we could take back to the office. I have since recommended to colleagues who have also had a positive experience.

I'm currently working on my digital marketing diploma. In September I followed the 2 day fast track course digital marketing. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. She was very helpful with questions and examples given during and after the course. I would definitely recommend following Business Consort.

Dawn was very passionate and enthusiastic she kept the whole class engaged. The content was helpful, however the only down side was that it was an advanced social media course but the class mostly involved people who has no experience in social media so this meant that we spent a lot of time discussing the basics when those with some experience wanted to spend time learning the more technical things such as advertising which we didn't get to do. Great venue and we were treated to a lovely hot meal from a Cafe down the road, which warmed us all up on a cold winters day!
