Lucy helped me with my Instagram account. Although I have used Facebook for my business for some time, I have not really understood how to set up a Facebook Group or schedule posts. I asked Lucy to give me some one to one training to help me to do this myself instead of outsourcing posts to someone else. She listened carefully to what I needed and although I thought I knew what I wanted, she soon realised that there could be better ways for me to use Facebook. She took time to sit with me as I created a new Facebook Group, showed me how to Schedule posts and how to make better use of my existing Facebook Page.

I'm certainly no expert in Facebook and it was good to work with Lucy who has infinite patience. I have been able to implement the learning immediately instead of muddling my way through. Thanks Lucy, great job!
