I used CAM and my care company has been CQC registered for one year now. Honestly the service has decent, they had shortcomings but for a service that lasted a good 9 months and gave me so much support, I think it was worth it. You have to take it with a pinch of salt and check all the materials, add your own input on things because some, of it is very generic, but then its your business so you have to do it anyway, that's the only way it works. Some of the trainers were gold, and Sam in particular was the most knowledgeable person I've met in social care, and gave me so much value on all my training sessions that it was worth the 9k alone. So yea, there are improvements that can be made but overall I recommend it if you want to put in the work yourself. If you want an already made business buy a franchise.

I would recommend care agency media it's a long process but you have to be patient. You will receive a good service from these guys as long as you leave them too do the job, james manders was my project leader and a very good job done thanks james he had to put up with me pestering him all the time as I'm at home with not much to do.
So thanks and looking forward to getting my cqc registration.

I had a terrible experience with Care Media Agency. Despite paying for their services, the person responsible for our project abruptly left, without doing anything on our project. The business failed to reallocate the job to someone else. Multiple calls and reports were ignored, with promises to escalate the issues going unfulfilled. The salesperson, who was quick to respond before payment, now conveniently ignores our calls, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. The project lead's response was to pay the balance after over a month of paying the initial balance and nothing was done. I complied by paying, hoping for progress, but it's been over another month, and nothing has been done. As a result, the services we outsourced from them are now useless, and our business will suffer significant delays until 2024. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is utterly disappointing. Stay away from this agency at all costs. Thank you for wasting our time and resources.
