I've know Misch for a while and was honoured when she allowed me to take the images that populate her site. I've been a member of the Business Chatterbox for a few months but today, after a really bad few days and especially last night, Misch was the calm, rational voice on the end of the phone talking me down off the metaphorical ledge.
