DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We paid upfront for a very large project with a set deadline. We paid immediately, but they emailed at the very last minute saying we would need to pay another amount £280 to complete the order. We paid the extra because we had no other option due to time constraints. They then refused to let us view the products before we left their building. They had pre-packaged them, even after agreeing that we were coming to see them before taking away. On opening, there was a large hole in one of the banners, and smudges to ink. One panel was also missing. We received an incredibly rude email from them in return for our complaint, putting blame on us for our mode of transportation. They then made us drive to their other printers (not their own company) to pick up the replacement panel, rather than doing it themselves. All emails were rude and their attitude stunk! Avoid like the plague.
