I called up the shop as we had a question about a Canada goose coat, spoke with a lady called Mia who was very helpful and knowledgeable, came off the call placed the order on that Saturday morning. Coat turned up as described Monday afternoon , had problem with DPD which had nothing to do with Circle Fashion that again a quick call to shop spoke to mia who sorted it , very pleased with service from start to finish would definitely use again and would recommend to everyone for service and Price !!!!, my wife is also very happy with the Canada goose coat Thank you Circle fashion (and Mia)

1-star - Warranty worthless

Backpack fell apart after 6 months. Obvious manufacturing defect, but they refused to honor the warranty. Don't waste your money

Ordered swim shorts on Monday at 1am. I received them 10:30am the following day. I also paid less then what the average market price was! they are authentic and come with the means to verify through Versaces clever label scanning process.
I was cautious to buy here when I read some of the negative reviews, but having now made my first purchase I will be returning to their site for future purchases. Thank you for good value and good speed with my order.
£10 for the courier fee would have been more value if I had ordered more but I think it’s still fair for such a speedy service I can only assume IT WAS NOT with Hermes or what ever they have changed to now!

Unfortunately the items I bought were too big however this was not the fault of circle fashion but rather the design! I bought the size smaller and still way too baggie so I filled out the returns form and sent them back I received an email the next day confirming they received them and are now processing my full refund minus the delivery fee obviously… I was sceptical about using them as some reviews did not paint them in a good light however I can certainly say I’ve had a great experience as a first time customer

I’ve placed a few orders with Circle over the last 12/18 months and had no issues. I’ve been very happy with the service provided. My last order was delivered within 24 hours of purchase (Palm angels cap). Previous orders included a SI Marina hoody & VW jewellery. All arrived quickly and well packaged.

I got a Canada Goose jacket in a non-original box and it smelled.
I wanted to return it but they didn't accept it, avoid if you don't want to lose money.

Due to exceptional service I had to write a review. People are very quick to complain but not so quick to express compliments so this is the main reason for my feedback. I ordered 2 days ago, paid via PayPal, received updates on delivery of approx 3 days and received my order this morning! I know there are loads of reviews saying they have not received great service, that this site is a ‘scam’ but I am here telling you it’s not! I can’t vouch for others but I am more than impressed with my dealings with this company. I will definitely be using again for January birthday presents! 5 stars without hesitation.
