Brilliant customer service. I had an Internet issue whilst staying at a house in Cornwall.

Yes-I use Cornwall Broadband which has proved a reliable economical service. The company is quick to respond to any hitches and more recently kept up the supply during the storms of the past 2 weeks or so. Very commendable-I have thanked them for their efforts.

We couldn't get "normal" broadband where we are in Cornwall and our old school phone line connection was as good as useless. Finally, thanks to Cornwall Broadband we have a fully operational, fast connection using some magical line of sight tech. Better and cheaper than satellite. Well worth it

We are quite remote and needed satellite broadband. We have always had good service and when we have had an odd glitch its been resolved very fast. Its been very reliable

We're really pleased with broadband speed which has allowed us to work properly from home, as well as watch streaming and catch up services on the TV! We were expecting that the service might be affected by the Cornish weather but it doesn’t seem to have been at all.

Overall we have been really happy with the service and especially when we had a problem, the super speedy help and cheery service were great and all got sorted with no bother at all.
