Slow, inefficient, dissembling, useless, and slow. So very, very slow. Glacially, geologically really-dont-care slow.
Took THREE YEARS to resolve a 'lost' pension to the point where MY money was handed over into my control.
Very, very poor service.
I did not "choose" them, they were appointed by others, and I was stuck with them.
If you have any choice in the matter, go elsewhere.
