Terrible experience - tried for weeks to call this company and emailed no response.

Finally placed my order in good faith on my own accord and they have just cancelled the order with no reasons or anyway to contact the company to resolve.

Avoid at all costs.

Had abit of an issue and called them after 3 months of purchase “ aiddan “ answered the phone and was very professional/helpful and looked after me and only requested a litter video as proof.

You can only tell about the company if after purchase how’s there after service and I have to say aiddan gets 5* and my future business for sure .

Got 4 shops and be placing orders to get these elegant amazing leds displays for them aswel .
DONT be discouraged with the negative reviews as you can’t always please everyone 😁🙌🏽🫶🏼

Excellent product, Terrible packaging as a set of the fittings had come out and lost. And even worse customer service contacted on all social media platforms and email. And no reply I wouldn’t recommend this company based on no way of contact if something goes wrong.

Don't use.... sent the wrong product and said they would send the right product and 6 weeks later still haven't turned up... keep lying and saying they have sent a replacement which they haven't. Now they are ghosting me..... joke of a company.

Ordered from their eBay page which is run under ‘ER DIRECT’. Ordered a personalised wooden name sign. They missed a letter out. Contacted them and no response what so ever! What an absolute joke of a company.
