Mr Ellard, Please be mindful of the fact that this comment isn’t against your company, what you do, or your contributions to the domain. I wholeheartedly believe that you provide value in what you do.

I would honestly expect more from someone who appears to be a well-rounded, professional person. But I guess you can’t trust everything online.

Critiquing and informing a community with your opinion is always encouraged, especially in our line of work.

Using your team, however, to purposefully spread misinformation and inflame the same community that you claim you care for isn’t encouraged. In fact, it’s frowned upon, some might say downright evil.

When you buy things, you encounter problems. Genuinely expressing your problems & concerns is a good thing — attempting to besmirch the reputation of a company out of spite, isnt.

You haven't wronged me, personally, Mr Ellard, but what you're doing is honestly considered "poor taste". At least for my taste.
