Fred is amazing at what he does! He is very quick to respond and address your concerns! I really valued his good rapport and genuine interest in my vision and what I wanted to achieve with my website! Even coming to him a year later to address a few tweaks, he made me feel listened to, and did everything he could to resolve my tweaks within my desired time-scale; and some of the requests I appreciate were not straight forward - but despite this, he still managed to work with shopify to find a solution!!
