We were delighted with the service we received from David James when we sold our house last year. They were professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Selling your home is, of course, a stressful experience and we were particularly grateful to Anton Williams who not only guided us through the process but was a constant source of support, encouragement and provider of excellent advice. Janet Jones in the Chepstow Office was also very helpful particularly with the notification and arrangement of viewings. Overall our sale and purchase was completed in four months which exceeded our best expectations. They were even able, at our request, to recommend an excellent solicitor which also contributed to the smoothness of the whole transaction. We do not plan to move anywhere else in the forseeable future but if we were to do so I would not hesitate to use the services of David James once again.

I am really happy with the service I received from Newland Rennie Chepstow. I would like to say a specific thankyou to Janet, Anton and Nicola who really helped us. Me and my partner were first time buyers and they were always very supportive when we had questions and also very easy to contact via phone or email.

The only thing I would say could be improved is the valuations which I believe is done by an outside firm, I think the original asking price was quite high for our property.

I would use Newland Rennie if I ever came to sell the house.
