Here's the thing...when we bring in experts to do things that are outside of our own competencies, the last thing we need is someone who will just agree to everything, as if we actually are the experts. If that was the case, why hire someone to help in the first place? My point is this, great service from experts is based on collaboration and, frankly, telling us nicely when we're being stupid - again, we aren't the expert! This is one of my favourite things about Chris at Devonto. Every time I've worked with him, it has felt like a partnership. He takes my ideas and shapes them based on reality and what is possible. He has never implemented something without providing some knowledge to help me understand why things are the way they are, what works and what doesn't work. Chris isn't just an expert that applies his own expertise. He shares his knowledge along the way. This to me is the epitome of customer service, and his work has always been an even better representation of my own vision for a website. 100% would recommend, and I can't imagine using another web designer.
