2 tropical fish dead within 24 hrs. Bought by people with decades of experience with tropical fish. The onus is on the shop owner to source quality fish but clearly buying cheap diseased fish and selling to unsuspecting customers.

UPDATE POST RESPONSE FROM SHOP OWNER:
This guy clearly doesn’t want to have a business when he responds to customers in this way. Actually, the fish were sold to customers who have been keeping fish for many decades and have noted how the service from here has gone rapidly downhill since the other guy left.
I suspect it won’t be too long before the shutters are permanently closed on this “business”. Perhaps take a course in customer service. You’re too handy with the keyboard warrior fingers on here. Maybe get someone who’s not so emotional to reply to the customers.

Amazing gem in the heart of Dundee. We’ve been shopping here for over a year now and regularly visit every couple of months for food, fish, plants, maintenance advice and supplies. Really well stocked. Really friendly staff. Really good prices and the advice is second to none. Highly recommend

I was at this shop last week on a few occasions as I've just set up my first aquarium. I was served by Dek and Nancy, their service to me was outstanding and their knowledge regarding fish and other fish related items was amazing. I can't thank them enough for the help that they gave me as I was clueless regarding this hobby. I would definitely recommend going to this shop if you are interested in fish etc. 10 out of 10 from me for a great experience. My fish are swimming around happy and settling in. Handy, good location and good value.
Difficulty to beat a Weatherspoons, all day brunch, fish n chips and curry for value with a drink.
Especially in Dumfries where not a lot of good or good value eateries.
