Very bad experience. Large sign that was made in two parts, was printed two different shades of the same colour. Company not helpful in trying to sort issue out, only communication was whenever I called them, despite being told I would be called. Despite sign being in two different colours, because it had been put up, I had to pay £110 + vat to get it reprinted, that's before having to pay to get it put back up by a joiner. Blame was put on us for not being able to notice the colour difference before it was put up, very hard to do with such a large sign in two pieces, and not something you would expect to have to look for. Unable to accept responsibility for a fundamental error, when finally accepting......asked customer to pay £110 towards rectifying! Last offer made was if I took the sign down and transported it to them (why they would want it back I have no idea - they cant use it they told me) they would give me a replacement. I would still have to pay for a joiner to take down and put back up, approx. £100. Please be wary of the issues above when using DM Signs.
