DMB currently provide their services one day a week, which is flexible to the needs of the business. We have found that procuring DMB services in this way means you gain the expertise of a very experienced marketing consultant and all the contacts that come with that, without the annual salary commitment. DMB always go above and beyond for us and are happy to commit to additional ADHOC days of support as and when needed. They fulfil a key role within the company in the absence of a marketing team and we have found they embed themselves within the organisation and its culture. DMB are quick to understand and appreciate the challenges within the organisation, provide solutions and often lead on project mobilisation planning. DMB supported us as a business to really establish our values, company culture and are now working hard to improve our communication channels both internally as well as externally. They have been pivotal to the continued growth of the business by supporting our recruitment team with marketing campaigns, material and guidance on use of language.
