Unfortunately i had a very negative experience with this company. I received a call asking if i would be interested in hearing more about their services and how it could benefit me. I was on site at the time so provided my email address and asked for more information to be sent so that i could review. A simple request.

I then get an email asking if i have had a chance to look through their information, i replied stating that i hadn't and i was awaiting my business partner to look through the information too before i got back to them.

next thing i know, i have an email from a lady saying that she will be working on my advert design and she needs more information from me. Then another email saying they are chasing the information they have requested, again, no response or request from myself

Then i get an invoice from them for over £200 saying "Thank you for advertising" which i never agreed to.

I emailed the company these exact word:

"We have NOT agreed to advertise yet. I asked for information to be sent to me so I can review.

As you have now taken the step of invoicing me for a service I haven't even looked at yet, I won't be using you at all.

Please remove me from your Contact list with immediate effect."

I then receive an email from Steven, saying "Your details have been removed from our system and don’t ever speak to members of my staff the way you did again.
XXXXXX would not have put a booking through if you hadn’t agreed to it,
We don’t want any association with you or your business."

I have since asked Steven to provide any evidence of my agreement to the service, which he cannot do because there isn't any. I also asked him for evidence of how i spoke to his staff badly, again he cannot provide evidence because there isn't any. Unsurprisingly, i have not received any replies to my emails to him.

I would simply recommend to avoid this company and their high pressure tactics, absolutely shocking in this day and age!
