We have being using dotMailer for about 2 months now, and so far all is running very well. The EasyEditor is a great tool and a very simple way to create and edit emails. The reporting tools are also easy to use and offer great insights into the success of your campaigns. DotMailer were also cheaper than our previous ESP, so all good so far. I would happily recommended dotMailer to other companies looking to go down the email marketing route.

After using Cheetah mail for the best part of 3 years we decided to move across to DotMailer. Dot Mailer is easy to use, quick, reliable and ofers more than just email - we use DotSurvey and the Site Builder functionality. Of course, like every product there can be problems or things we as users are unsure about but, with the online user help finding answers to your questions ais easy, quick and accurate. Well done DotMailer !!

Quite slow at responding to technical support issues/queries and sometimes need chasing for updates. One of the good points to using dotMailer is having an helpful account manager.

dotMailer also seems to be lacking in functionality when compared to other marketing products available today.

Great drag and drop editor. Very little support when it comes to different email clients, I used MailChimp before and had no problems with viewing emails in Outlook but DotMailer emails get stripped and don't appear as they should. Advised by Technical Support that they can't control how emails are viewed. This was not a problem for MailChimp though. Very expensive set up fees so make sure you are happy before you pay a lot of money out for something that doesn't quite do what it should.

After a couple of teething problems early on, the last 18 months have been problem free. The EasyEditor offers a great alternative to email building and with the image and dynamic content management you have all the tools you need to tweak without any fuss. Plus the ability to switch into HTML means you can get even more creative. Highly recommended.

I've only had positive experiences using dotmailer. I use dotmailer for our 2 companies and as such have separate accounts. I produce a monthly enewsletter; the reports are great for analysing who is looking at what, whose email address is no longer valid etc etc. I also do promotions during the month to different industry sectors. When I have encountered a problem, the support I've received has been excellent with someone getting back to me near enough immediately and where possible sorting out the problems. Have to say too that my account manager has been great. What would I want to improve? Not sure at the moment (apart from cost savings, but aren't we all?!). I would and have recommend dotmailer to others to use.
