I don't even want to rate this clowns show at all. They are the worst practice I have been to.
Receptionists are arrogant, unprofessional and rude face-to-face and on the phone; they are not helpful, they don't take responsibility when they screw up and they admonish the patient when they dare to get annoyed with the poor service. They lack basic customer service skills and quite frankly need retraining.
Waiting time for appointments is too long and booking phone appointments is a lottery; if you ring up a 5 seconds after 8:30 you have no chance of getting one; it you go in person, you'll probably get an appointment in a month's time, no kidding.
The app they force you to use for bookings is not well thought (gives only a 2 weeks span to book appointments). They recently gave me an appointment at 8:30, the exact opening timing of the practice, forcing me to wait outside in the cold; and when I got in, the doctor was not there yet.
Some of the doctors are nice and professional, but all they do is prescribing painkillers, doing all they can to avoid or delay exams. Sorry but this is NOT a scientific approach, medicine is a science, not a religion or a trial and error guessing game.
In a word, disgraceful. The NHS should have a look at their surgery and completely change the reception staff, as they are stale in their job and quite frankly incompetent at it.

Male staff are always very kind and helpful, but there is this lady which don't know to be polite and always she is being rude and arrogant at the phone or at the counter.
Don't know exactly her name but if someone is curious I can find out. I understand that they have to put up with all sort of people, but if she don't like to work her job she should try something else. Very hard to make appointments also. I had a surgery left with a open wound and from the hospital they send me to go to change every 2 days my bandage. They refused and send me back to hospital to wait in the emergency for 4, 5 hours every 2 days for 1 months. It was a 5 minutes job. Check the status of the wound for infection, clean and put clean bandage. Not helpful...at all.

I was put on hold during lunchtime emergency phone-in for 20mins, and then they hung up on me. I called back and was asked to wait for a further 40mins. When finally I spoke to a Doctor, he was unwilling to give me any information about referrals and asked me to book an appointment. He then would not redirect me to the reception to book an appointment and I was asked to call back later. I wasted a whole hour on the phone and got nothing from it. Useless, neglectful and unbelievably under-staffed.

I find the staff at this surgeory (both doctors and reception) really helpful, friendly and professional. My only complaint would be how busy the phone line gets at peak periods, especially when you can only talk to certain people between set times, at sometimes you can fail to get through for a day or two, but this isn't really their fault and I find they respond well to email if you can't get through via phone.

prescription service only available between 12.15 and 13.00. I called 48 times in that period, and didn't get through. How are you supposed to get a prescription?
