Spring Grove Medical Practice is best doctors surgery I have ever registered with, the Reception Staff are always friendly and very helpful. The doctors (Dr Luthra in particular) always take the time to listen to you and do not rush through appointments as I have experienced in the past. They are diligent, kind, approachable and thorough. Though all receptionists are good, but my recent experience with receptionist khalid has been amazing. He is professional, polite, helpful & above all goes beyond & above. I have spoken to him in the surgery & on the phone to book appointments on several occasions & found him very helpful. He is a credit to the surgery. I would recommend this surgery to everyone. All the health professionals are great. They treat everyone the same.

One of the best surgeries - responsive, efficient and caring. Apart from the GPs and medical team, I must give special credit to Mr Khalid at the reception. He is a superstar, and as mentioned in the other reviews, he is turning things around at an incredible pace for a surgery, which despite being good, was getting a bad name due to some inefficient staff being placed at the reception. Mr Khalid has upended this inefficiency that has been going on for sometime. He is super polite and treats every patient like a family member (that's how I felt!) - caring, dutiful and empathetic with a rapid follow up of referrals etc. A request to Dr Luthra - You have a gem in the team. Please retain him at any cost. Thanks.

I find Khalid on reception a great first point of contact with the surgery. He goes above and beyond in helping to communicate any queries with the doctors and always provides a prompt response. He is very professional in his approach and has good interpersonal skills which put you at ease.

Receptionist Khalid so helpful !!!

Always very patient and helpful, he has helped me with booking appointments on more than one occasion. He has gone the extra mile to accomodate for my 95 year old dad. the best receptionist by far in the this surgery.

I can honestly say that every time I’ve had a to call up to make an appointment, pop in or ask questions the receptionist Khalid has been amazing so professional so helpful goes above and beyond treats everyone the same so much respect given and a credit to the surgery. I’ve always managed to get a drs appointment or been able to see a nurse. I would recommend this surgery.

Khalid El Farra, is an exceptional being, he is so polite and very helpful, it does not matter how distressed you are because of an issue with loved ones, Khalid goes over and above to make sure he helps with resolving any issues. He is always very professional, kind and considerate and get's what ever issue one may have resolved. A definite Asset to the Surgery!!
