So many people on all areas complaining about not being able to see a doctor but my experience over the past couple years since things have changed has been very good. I have spoken to Doctor Mensah on call by phone and he has invited me to surgery for face to face consultation. Doctors surgeries have also been let down by government promises that didn't happen regarding staff. Doctors are human too and eventually rech an age to retire or they get over worked because of staff shortages so they cut their hours or amount of days they work same as many people. The always been there for me when needed and run an exceptional surgery with good helpful staff. Dr. Mensah has always been a polite and caring GP and I have been registed with this surgery since early 1972. I would miss seeing Dr Mensah if he retired. Doc you and your team are a good combination.
