I have had dealings with this company for the last three years and in my experience they are professional and responsive. Our particular website is for a church and DDM have provided invaluable advice and expertise in all aspects of the site, through strategy, planning and implementation. As someone who, in a former life, was part responsible for content on a large media organisation's website I can appreciate the attention to detail given both in implementation but also in support: the excellent technical advice given albeit sometimes at a level which is frustratingly slow for an expert but which, for the average layman, is comprehensive and relevant. It is worth noting the platforms recommended for us are not small scale platforms but AWS and WordPress/Divi. These are solid, well supported tools and are not likely to be deprecated in the near future. I have experience of organisations that "cut corners" on cost by choosing a less well supported toolset and am happy that DDM does not do so.
