Sarah was so helpful with my endless questions, and ensured I would be getting a final product that I was happy with. We went for gold foil across two types of paper – the result is perfect and we have had many compliments since handing them out! Cannot recommend them enough.

Dynamic Print has exceptional customer service. I recently made a mistake regarding my printing order and Sarah was very helpful with rectifying the problem despite it being an issue from my end! We were drawn to Dynamic Print due to their eco-friendly options. We initially got a sample pack which was great, and we had a sample sent to us of our favourite options. All seemed really positive up until this point. It is also worth saying that the save the dates we ended up having printed with Dynamic Print are lovely and we are happy with them.

However, our experience with the customer service team felt unprofessional. Our order was sent to the incorrect address and we were given excuses for this that felt very odd i.e. quite personal reasons as to why the mistake was made. Solutions were offered to us such as reprinting but the expectation was that I reply very quickly for this to be able to go ahead, and unfortunately I was unable to get back to them in time as I was at work. I responded (at roughly 5pm, but all communications referenced the fact I emailed back 'late at night') with an alternative solution of the delivery charges being refunded (which were quite steep considering the box was light!), and the response I received to this was very strange and quite rude. I was told that my request for this compensation was 'disappointing'. We did receive a refund but it was given with no follow up communication.

It's a shame as our experience up until then had been good and perhaps we were unlucky and were misunderstanding each other during our email communications, but the experience has put us off from using them for the rest of our wedding stationary nonetheless.

Sarah organised our invitations for us. She was prompt in responding and very patient while I worked out what I wanted. The price was good and the delivery extremely prompt. The invitations are fantastic. Would happily use again.

From start to finish the customer service has been amazing and the quality of the print finish is perfect. Sarah was quick to provide us with a quote and work through a couple of option with us. We have had our Save the Dates and invitation suite printed and finished with foil and embossing with Dynamic for our upcoming wedding. The quality is just beyond anything we could have ever imagined! As a bride and a graphic designer the whole experience working with Sarah and Mark has been amazing from start to finish. They're knowledgeable, informative, with great response times, and you can tell that there's a real passion for what they do, from the paper to the finishes. The result is extra special – we picked them up yesterday and I'm almost embarrassed to admit how many times I've taken them out of the box to gaze at them and grin ☺️ And we had so many compliments from friends and family on our Save the Dates.

Already looking forward to getting our table stationary printed with them next year (and some business cards, someday, I'm sure!). I can't recommend Dynamic highly enough, especially if you're after something that really stands out.
