You get help, guidance and support all the way through from initial valuation, admin bits & bobs, keeping you up to date with viewings and helping with the questions you need answers for, even right at the last minute before you exchange and complete.

Marketing is spot on and doesn’t over exaggerate like a lot of other agents, means people really enjoy and like the viewing experience when they come around. Meghan was quick to pick up on feedback.

The team kept the chain updated and made it progress smoothly. Everyone they recommended I used (solicitors and surveyors) where clearly tried and tested people who they trusted to do business with.

Elders Estates was first recommended to us by a neighbour. Andrew Elder came out and gave us a free valuation and advice several months before we were ready to sell. Being a local family run company they are very knowledgeable about the local housing market and other local firms who can help with house clearance etc. They did an excellent sales brochure and interactive walk through of the property on the internet and their marketing placed the property on national web sites as well. Andrew and the team kept us up to date throughout the sales process and chased solicitors. We could not have been more satisfied with their service and local knowledge. Thoroughly recommended.

Elders wasn't actually representing us on our sale but our purchase house was through them. Our house move was a long drawn out process with alot of bumps along the way and a horrendous 3 day completion. After receiving zero help and guidance from my estate agent, elders really went above and beyond not only supporting their own client but myself and my partner also. Really grateful and genuinely think without their input we might have not got the house move over the line.
