It all started so well!
Speed my rightmove enquiry was dealt with and viewing arranged.
Offer was placed and accepted within the hour. After offering in a few houses I was aware of things I would need to provide for the sale to be agreed. I was not asked for mortgage in principle or my proof of deposit which I thought was very strange. Once my offer was accepted back in February I did not hear one thing from Elopa which was very disappointing with no updates at all. We didn’t even get a call to advise of key release on the day we completed or a good luck email. All in all as a buyer a very disappointing experience.
