They can't find me any job. They don't even want to tell me how many holiday hours I have. I never felt more discriminated in my life. Useless agency. Don't waste any time with them.

Had a call from grace at enbarr asking would I be available to start a work in rpf bodelwyddan. I asked the hours & was told there is shifts finishing at 2am 1 week and 4pm the nxt week. I told grace I was not interested in any night shifts. She told me that was fine and she would ring me when she had work for me. I had a call to start on 14th dec 2020 on my arrival I asked the floor manager is it ok for me to do just the 6am shifts that I was told from grace/enbarr that is was ok for me to do, he wasnt very happy giving me the beady eye and said I should speak with enbarr. I did this when I finished my shift at 4pm I spoke to grace, who answered the phone with a very blunt yes, I explained who I was and again she just bluntly said yes I explained my issue to be told "well theyve done it before" "well I hope they do it". Is that really good enough ? I had to ask her would she phone the floor manager and explain to him about the arrangement she had put in place for me. Today I have phoned grace to be told "because I personally asked the floor manager "was it ok for me to do shifts that i was told by grace todo" I no longer had the job & if I want a job with them I would have to do the 2am finish. I feel as though I was pushed into this job with false arrangements from grace. Also with the year weve just gone through with covid I was laid off after furlough in my last job which meant money was tight, before I started the shift I was told that need to buy safety boots and a hi vis vest which I did. This as obviously come at an expense to me which I would of not needed to spend if I was only told the truth from grace about the jobs not being ok to only do the day shifts. Grace from enbarr seriously needs some training on her job because she just lies to get what she wants. I'm not happy at all and feel as though I've been cheated through grace at enbarr.

Just rang Enbarr to discuss registering with them for job opportunities. A lad called Tom answered the phone with the opening line "Hello", nothing more after a short pause I asked who I was speaking to and he said Tom and that was it. When someone contacts a company, irrespective of their business field you would expect and professional greeting which would include the Company name, person answering the calls name and possibly and enquiring question as to how they can help the caller. None of this occurred which for me suggests poor professional skills on a very basic level. With such a poor reception on first point of contact I have no confidence in their ability to to find me work.

I took my friend to Register and they took time out to find out What they really wanted,and within a week the staff at Enbarr had helped him rewrite his CV and he had 3 interviews, which they guided him through. Now he has a brand new career in the Aerospace industry building on his skills, which he would never of thought of, after newly coming out of the Army, as all others agencies he visited were just offering him labouring on sites.

This company is a joke, 1 they don't call you when they say they will and 2 if you are sick and don't tell anyone you get kicked off the agency.... Avoid this so called Agency if you can because I've rung them up almost every day for work and they have nothing to offer!! What a joke!!
