Having placed an order for a sign, noting our house name, number and street, the sign arrived with an incorrect spelling and in lower case lettering, rather than capitals as I’d requested.
The business does not answer their phone all the time but eventually I got through, having had no response from my email notifying them of the issue. They then rectified the issue and posted a new sign out within a couple of days. Overall, the sign is now as expected.
When putting the sign up, the screws supplied by England Signs snapped, so have used our own.

Very pleased with our new house sign. It’s solid and really well finished.
England signs were willing to send as many proofs as I needed before ordering so I could see exactly what my sign would look like, and they suggested the best size to fit the text we wanted, which actually saved us money as it was a slightly smaller size than I had asked for.
The sign arrived in the stated timescale and was very well packaged.
I would definitely recommend England Signs.

Would definitely recommend England Signs! I wanted a smaller size than was listed, plaque for a large planter, to remember our much loved dog who passed away. Gordon and his team were lovely and came up with the perfect solution. They were sensitive and caring of our loss and we are so pleased with Makulu's memoriam. If you want a company who care, look after their customers and produce excellent quality signs and plaques, don't hesitate, call them!

I had been looking at ordering a sign and had looked at various companies for some time. England Signs were running a promotion when I came to order which made me proceed in placing my order with them. I am so glad that I did the service and quality was much better than I expected, it came very well packaged and communication was good. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service from a professional company. We have used England Signs on three occasions and each time they have produced quality signs, one for a wedding, one for a wedding celebration and one for a chapel. I discoved these direction signs by chance.. they popped up in my news feed on facebook. So I ordered one for my husbands birthday. ... "Burkies Bar" The customer service was VERY responsive and they were able to customise it with just the right picture even though I had trouble trying to add this into my order myself. The sign arrived in good time, packaged well... and everyone who has now seen this sign are really impressed at the quality of it - Thank You so much for a totally unique gift.

I ordered two of the plastic road side style signs for my wedding. I had so many compliments, and many of my friends and family have gone on to order from England signs too. The signs now hang in my garden, as I don't think I'll ever get rid of them!

Very very poor! No sign and the worst customer services experience! Nothing was ever rectified, despite the claims below.
We ordered a sign, after weeks and months, we chased, got promised calls back and nothing, I had to keep chasing, they said they delivered, but I have 24hr security and there was no delivery or footage showing them delivering as they claimed and they couldn't provide a POD! Still months and months later nothing!
Terrible experience having to spend my time and money contacting them and all I got was excuses and no real offer to resolve this. Still no sign and not a happy customer! Will never use them again!
