I'd give NO stars if it were possible. We used this company over a year ago and they were fine. Since then (unbeknown to us) they have split to two locations (not Essex ... Kent). We ordered with plenty of time for delivery a week or so before our exhibition and ended up having to drive the 80 mile detour to Kent to collect the goods the evening before the exhibition was due to start. We'd already driven to Billericay (another 30 miles) to collect the goods that we were told they'd produced there. They were still in Kent! The foam boards were of poor quality, not cut to the correct size and in fact, the edges looked like they'd been cut with a blunt knife! The "vinyls" - that's what we ordered - were more like papery material which tore. They were not printed straight and we had to cut the panels ourselves on the morning of the exhibition (it being so late when we were able to collect the evening before). All in all a terrible experience. We paid a fortune for the exhibition and were badly affected by the poor quality of the goods. I wouldn't like any other company to endure this stress and unreliability.

They printed a 5 ft x 1 ft Foamex board with Lanscape views to be used as a backdrop for my Model Railway. The turn-around was only a few days and the colours bright and sharp. I understand the management has changed this year, I found them very helpful. Price very competitive.

Ordered foamex printing for the welcome sign & seating plan. One of the printing had mistakes. I emailed the team and got a quick turnaround from Daimen. It was redone and sent to us the next day.

Service has seriously gone downhill at this place. Communication with customers is a massive issue.
I Ordered invitations which came without envelopes (this was not communicated to me), I tried to contact them My emails ignored and Vmail ignored!
Pathetic excuses to why my emails/call were not responded to.
Damien really needs to sort his team out..
I wouldn't waste my time again with this company.

Avoid using at all costs, all good until something goes wrong and then the customer service is appalling. Management are unprofessional and rude, still having to follow up on a refund from a month ago as manager is never available to talk or call back. You get what you pay for. Better off going with a more reliable company from the start, less issues and better quality.

I've used them a number of times as the prices are very low , but as they say - If you buy cheap you buy twice. A recent order of roller banners didn't work (roll in/out). No customer service, did not return my calls/emails and bottom line no refund.

I have just received 2 roll up banners from these guys. The turnaround time was awesome and so was the cost. We will be using them again in future for all of our printing needs.
