Extremely disappointed with my experience at eXPD8. I was told one pay rate but ended up being paid less. They also promised to cover travel expenses, but every time I uploaded proof, it was rejected with no real explanation. I worked 8-hour shifts but only got paid for 2 hours — and the travel often took longer than the actual task. To make things worse, they changed my final payment method from bank transfer to cheque without asking me, and now they’re ignoring all my attempts to get it sorted. Funny how they were able to constantly call me when they needed something, but now they’ve gone quiet. Yet they had no issue quickly sending me a box to return their tablet and posting my P45. I wouldn’t recommend
working for them to anyone. I will now have to take legal action in order to get the money I worked hard for. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! if i could give 0 stars I honestly would.

Great company to work for, I've been working in the central office team for six years. I have a disability that has been both understood and accommodated for - living up to their 'disability confident' status. Would recommend working here.

Awful experience. Technology is only as good as the humans that control it. The humans at expd8 are terrible at communication leaving the employee frustrated and dejected. I would advise, do not work for this company

Trust the bad reviews on here, I had worked there for 3 months (not a lot) but honestly in that time frame it was dreadful and one of the worst companies to work for.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever worked for. It operates in the worst and most pointless industry imaginable, they use the worst and most inadequate systems conceivable. All of the main parties: the merchandisers, the field managers and most importantly the Clients couldn't care less about the job. Central Office is the most depressing and anxiety-inducing work environment. Very pretentious, very claustrophobic. I left very quickly after it became apparent I'd made a very bad decision. The best I can describe it is like a cult, a very badly organised one. I would steer very clear of this company. Don't let the perks fool you. I walked away from a very competitive salary because of the above.

I was given the job over the phone which first set off alarm bells as there wasn't even much of an interview process. After getting my welcome pack and reading through the companies archaic and not to mention discrimatory policies on dress code and appearance. I have never experienced a job with such discrimatory rules such as not being able to roll sleeves up, make up not to be noticeable, only allowed to wear hoop or stud earrings, I felt slightly put off by it. I was added into several group chats which kept going off during the night with stuff that could have clearly waited for the morning instead of hassling people at 10 and 11pm at night. Some of the jobs available were only 30 minutes or 45 minutes which it probably takes more to travel to than to do the job. I had a good read at reviews of the company online which definitely opened my eyes and I opted not to take the role.
As for the discrimatory rules and guidelines of how you need to appear when working in stores, this needs to be taken a look at as if you notice supermarket workers have tattoos, unnatural hair colours. You cannot discriminate like this and therefore your policies clearly need to be reviewed to move with this modern world.

I have worked at eXPD8 for nearly 7 years now. To me, they have been extremely flexible, supportive, loyal and understanding. I have been welcomed back after maternity leave and I have progressed within the company, even though I work part time. This always makes me strive to do my best and to better myself.
