2Pcs Patio Foldable Chaise Lounge Chair Outdoor Portable Reclining Chair from Debenhams. Items arrived with scratches on them eventhough box was not damaged. Both loungers will not stay in upright position. Raised the faulty items with both Debenhams.com and FDS. However, neither have company has been able to organise a return. Have now raised the issue with the credit card provider. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FDS. Just a load of hassle. They are currently trading on Debenhams.com and DIY.com. STAY CLEAR!!!

FDS Corporation, you haven't done anything to resolve this. This is basics. Customer report faulty item. Seller organises paid return and issues a refund. It really is that simple. Turns out, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says the exact same thing

Costway wooden garden furniture set.
Looked everywhere for garden furniture and all the nice stuff was out of budget. Found this site and this set for a great price so ordered it.

Came very quickly and I was able to track it. Easy to put together when it got here and really good quality. It looks fab and it very comfortable and I am really happy with the purchase. Perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the last few days of decent weather.

The website has lots of useful and tempting things so I’ll definitely use them again!

Bought a single bed for my daughter. Looks grate. Would of given a 5 star but where you slide the top back panels the top part of the wood,The slit is to small. Had to improvise to get them in. Other than that. The bed looks good.

awful experience, ordered the sofa bed via b and q - only one box has arrived, its tiny. i have tried calling fds customer services 20 times with no answer. i went to b and q and they advised they can not help. i honestly would avoid purchasing.
please state what i need to do to either get the complete product or arrange a return. its just not acceptable at a price of 240.00!

Ordered garden furniture via Debenhams. Upon building the product my wife realised the cushions advertised in picture were definitely included in the product but had not been delivered.

I was offered a pathetic refund for the cushions as they don’t have them, so they are selling this product not as advertised!

I have been passed from pillar to post with Debenhams absolutely useless and FDS now wanting me to return the product at great time and expense to me.

Look forward to your usual reply on here that you don’t recognise this order!

Bought a bed frame via B&Q from them and they sent it though DHL who aparently cannot handle packages from45kg+.

Item was returned to FDS and their customer service was inept at rearranging delivery with someone who could handle the package correctly.

The customer service also just kept offering me a refund and since i kept refusing they just forced the refund in any case.

Do not buy from them, they are a Chinese owned mass production who do not care about customers or trying to resolve issues.

Ordered products which have received but was given option of free product. I selected a dolls house / bookcase which is great. The value for this is between £58 - £65 depending on where you buy from. However, amazingly Costway has stated they over sold and no longer have my gift and as gesture of goodwill give me £10 off next purchase. So I need to purchase more for a £10 off despite being a free gift! I have tried to contact customer service several times and left messages and emails but no surprise no response. This feels like it was a fake gift all the time and never had intention to follow up with the offer but purely get customers to purchase more.

Product code : 6085650667302 Sold by :FDS Corporation Limited. The product releases a foul smell that will not go away. The foam is plasticky and makes you sweat if you lie on it. I do not believe this has been quality checked. When I asked for a refund I got no answer. I bought this through B&Q who will take 2 weeks to come back to me. They said I may have to pay £50 to get it returned. This is completely unacceptable - the product is unfit for use. Today I called FDS CORPORATION and I was put through to an answering machine as they were experiencing a high number of calls. Appalling. I want my money back, please as the items are stinking up my house.
