I recently attended a Jonny Ross workshop which provided an introduction to social media. Thanks to the course I have gained a clear understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining a ‘professional’ blog and its construction. I have also taken away an understanding of how to differentiate and employ the various social media outlets to the benefit of promoting Craven Technologies brand. It is clear Jonny has great knowledge in this area and can go into great depth if required but I liked the fact that he simplified the whole subject which exampled that with a little knowledge and commonsense engagement with social media needn’t be as daunting as imagined.

I recently attended a half day marketing course with Jonny Ross, and found it very informative. The content was perfectly delivered to suit the wide variety of businesses in the room.
Jonny's delivery was professional yet light-hearted, which for me is an excellent way for me to learn. Jonny will choose peoples businesses to use as examples throughout the session, but even though you may be in the spotlight briefly, he makes you feel comfortable and not ashamed to not understand some of what he is teaching.
