He took the initiative to handle all communications with Open Reach and Kelly Communications, sparing me the technical complexities and usual ‘back and forth.’ His dedication was evident as he arrived early and stayed until he was certain everything was working perfectly, and he made sure the Open Reach technician ticked all the boxes and left the cabling and installation neat and tidy.
